Chardonnay is Australia’s most widely planted white variety and is second only to Shiraz overall. The reigning Queen of the grape world is clearly Chardonnay; so is Cinquena Chardonnay. No other white wine grape can match it for worldwide success. It adapts to a wide variety of climates and soil types it ripens reliably, and early, producing juice with good sugar and acid levels.
